Two approaches will be offered, depending on each student's interest and level: Mandala Coloring: Students will choose from a selection of printed mandalas (ranging from simple to complex designs) and colour them using felt-tip pens, coloured pencils, or pastels. This work, done in silence or with soft background music, will help them refocus and relax. Mandala Creation: For those who wish, a free or guided creation phase will be offered.
