S5 @ Esch-Belval

Exploring Luxembourg’s history! As part of their Luxembourgish Culture course, our S5 class visited Esch-Belval to discover the country’s rich industrial heritage.The students explored how this former steelmaking site has been transformed into a vibrant district dedicated to education, research, and innovation. Belval is a remarkable example of how industrial heritage can be preserved while creating a dynamic space for the future. A huge thank you to our guide Georges for sharing his expertise, fascinating stories, and enthusiasm throughout the visit.
