EIMAB is a public school whose mission is to educate and teach children and young people fromdiverse national, cultural and social backgrounds. It provides a multilingual, multicultural education that promotes the European ideal, while fostering an education tailored to the individual student, his or her talents, abilities and aspirations. It is particularly important to promote cosmopolitan life skills, individual and collective well-being, a spirit of democracy and solidarity, as well as sensitivity to the natural environment we share with other species, and hence sustainable development.
Systemic and holistic approach:
The reflective and active lives of all those involved (children, young people, parents, teachers, psycho-socio-educational staff, administrative and technical staff, external partners, etc.) as well as the parameters of their environment (family, social ties, cultural framework, religious sentiment, perception of the world, etc.) are the subject of a systemic and holistic conception of the schooled human being.
Human resources orientation:
Our focus is on the diversity of individual and personal aspirations, abilities and resources. It follows that the school's pedagogical understanding embraces the diversity of efforts, as well as the different types of physical, psychological and social development of all members of the school community. In this context, and among other assets, the linguistic baggage of all concerned are valued as assets to foster communication, cooperation and cultural exchange
Differentiation :
Differentiation at our school is characterized by the use of different learning methods, whether in a classroom, an auditorium and/or a non-formal education group. Didactic methods respect and promote everyone's abilities and skills in terms of content, academic support, moral support and working and living environment. Learning and lifelong learning are integrated via individual processes for the development of knowledge, know-how and life skills, which thus take on diverse and enriching facets.
Digital (4) education:
Through the intensive daily use of IT tools, all EIMAB stakeholders (students, teachers, parents, administrative and technical staff, etc.) will be able to save time and increase efficiency to keep pace with technological change.
